Refund policy
All orders placed are final.
For new orders placed, products exchange is allowable within the first 60 minutes of your purchase. You can do so by dropping us an email. However, we do not accept cancellation of products.
In the unlikely event, if the products are faulty or damaged, please notify us within 7 days. Returns and exchanges will be processed within 14 days of receiving the items.
Your purchased product must return to us in a new condition - unwashed or used, tags on and in its original packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, washed, or removed from their original packaging. Once we have received and inspected the goods, we will organize an exchange, credit note or refund your payment in full. You will be notified of this via email.
